Banou Keita, chairman of the Guinea-Korea Friendship Association, said the service personnel and people of the DPRK, under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung, the iron-willed invincible commander, inflicted an ignominious defeat upon the U.S. which boasted of being the "strongest" in the world and honorably defended the sovereignty and independence of their country.

Riyad Chaloub, chairman of the Guinean National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, said the U.S. has disturbed the development and prosperity of socialist Korea, getting hell-bent on stifling it, for the 60 odd years since the former's bitter defeat in the Korean war.

Abdoulaye Diallo, chairman of the Guinean Society for the Study of the Juche Literary Idea, denounced the U.S. for pulling up the DPRK again over its satellite launch, adding satellite launch, an independent right of a sovereign country recognized by international law, can never be held in check by anyone.

Plans for solidarity events to be held from June to October were published at the ceremony.
