Thousands of young people including participants in the 2nd National Meeting of Young Frontrunners in Noble Traits and officials of youth league rushed to the construction site to help members of the shock brigade there in accelerating the project.

Officials of party and power bodies and working people's organizations in North Hwanghae and North Hamgyong provinces encouraged them by taking care of their living and giving helping hands to them.

Organizations of the youth league in the relevant factories and enterprises are supplying cement, structural steel and other building materials to the construction site.

More than 100 units of equipment, devices and tools, tens of thousands of daily necessaries, articles for cultural use and at least 200 tons of goods for supply service have been sent to the members of the shock brigade and builders by different ministries and national institutions.

Officials of the Ministry of Coal Industry visited the workers busy with the drive to increase the coal production in order to ensure the supply of cement necessary for the construction of the power station and provided them with lots of equipment and aid materials.

The Ministry of Land and Environment Protection and the Ministry of Forestry sent more than 100 000 saplings to the construction site.

Similar backing is being given by officials of the Education Commission, Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, Ministry of Machine-building Industry, Ministry of Chemical Industry and the Ministry of Agriculture.
