It has been recently disclosed that the U.S. forces present in south Korea set up labs for carrying out their "Jupiter plan" in their bases in Ryongsan of Seoul, Osan and Phyongtaek of Kyonggi Province and Kunsan of North Jolla Province, the editorial noted, adding:

This indicates that GIs are scaling up their experiments for a germ warfare including those for anthrax germs.

What matters is that the Ministry of Defense is ignorant of any information concerning the experiments and the chief executive is keeping mum about it.
