Pyongyang, June 24 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Jin, vice-premier of the DPRK Cabinet, met and had a talk with a delegation of the International Planned Parenthood Federation led by Director-general Tewodros Melesse which paid a courtesy call on him at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Wednesday.
