On June 25, 1950 the U.S. imperialists started the war of aggression against the north under a war scenario which they had long carefully worked out and rounded off.

But they could not attain their purpose. Far from drawing a due lesson from it, the U.S. worked hard to provoke another war to bring down the socialist system chosen by the Korean people even after the war.

The U.S. imperialists are mistaken, however. Nothing is more foolish than their calculation to get something by provoking a new Korean war.

If they ignite another war of aggression, they will be made to face unprecedented horrible terror and bitter defeat in their own land and remember the defeated war forever. This is the fixed will of the army and people of the DPRK.
