Speakers made it clear that there is a residential area over the fence of a hospital in Ryongsan U.S. forces base known to be a place where anthrax experiments were conducted.

They declared they could no longer remain passive onlookers to the authorities who have not taken any measure against the anthrax case.

They stated they would hold a candlelight rally before the U.S. military base to probe truth about the anthrax case and punish those responsible.

The organization submitted an indictment signed by at least 8700 citizens to the prosecution.
