Andy Brooks, general secretary of the Central Committee of the New Communist Party of Britain, and other speakers said that Kim Jong Il authored lots of works which would serve as important guidelines for building a revolutionary party and its activities and developed the WPK into an invincible party.

The chairman of the Anti-Imperialist Forum of Germany said under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il the Korean people have become the most fortunate people leading a worthy life and the WPK could demonstrate its dignity as a genuine popular party that formed a kinship with the popular masses and always finds itself among them.
