WPK Birthday to Be Marked in Germany

| Pyongyang, June 29 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee of the Communist Party of Germany for celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) was inaugurated on June 22. Torsten Schoevitz, chairman of the Communist Party of Germany, was elected chairman of the committee. The committee decided to give wide publicity to the glorious history of the WPK and arrange colorful political and cultural events on the occasion of the anniversary. It also decided to send a delegation to the DPRK. |
