It won more than ten trophies and a lot of gold medals by taking the titles in women's singles, mixed doubles and women's team event of regulation-ball tennis and women's and men's singles and doubles and women's team event of softball tennis.

In particular, the team has retained the national championship in men's regulation-ball tennis singles from June last year.

According to its Vice-Director Kim Chang Gil, the sports team has attached priority to tennis after setting it as one of the hopeful events.

Its goal is to train talented tennis players who will display the honor of the country in international games with gold medals, he said.
