The Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea said this in a joint statement on June 20 on the occasion of June 25-July 27, the month of anti-U.S. joint struggle.

The statement denounced the U.S. which cooked up the south Korean puppet regime after occupying half of the Korean peninsula, divided the Korean nation into two and ignited a war of aggression to destroy the young DPRK in its cradle.

The statement went on:

The heroic Korean people and the Korean People's Army achieved a brilliant victory in the Fatherland Liberation War against the U.S. imperialist aggressors under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung.

In the great Fatherland Liberation War the Korean people shattered to smithereens the myth of the "mightiness" of the U.S.

The heroic Korean people's victory in the war greatly encouraged the world people in their struggle for national and social emancipation.

Glory to the great Generalissimo Kim Il Sung, invincible and iron-willed commander!
