This was said in a statement adopted at an inaugural ceremony of the Swiss preparatory committee for celebrating the 70th anniversaries of the founding of the Workers' Party of Korea and Korea's liberation held on June 27.

It noted that Kim Il Sung led the Korean People's Revolutionary Army and liberated the country from the brutal and colonial rule by the Japanese imperialists on August 15, 1945 and founded the WPK, the staff of the Korean revolution, on October 10 that year.

The Korean people are greeting the significant holidays with high national pride and self-esteem.

Progressive mankind and adherents to Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism will join the Korean people in grandly celebrating the anniversaries.
