The editorial recalled that the south Korean authorities would make public "general measure for young employment" at a time when the young joblessness has reached the worst phase.

It expressed serious concern that the regime's measure is little short of double killing of young unemployed.

Nothing will be expected unless the regime and ruling party are judged, the editorial noted, calling for urgent actions of youth.
