DPRK's Important Days to Be Marked in Sri Lanka

| Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- A Sri Lankan preparatory committee for celebrating the 70th anniversaries of Korea's liberation and the founding of the Workers' Party of Korea, was formed in Colombo on June 28. A vice-chairperson of the Sri Lanka-People's Korea Friendship Association was elected chairman of the committee. The committee decided to organize political and cultural events including a seminar on the exploits of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un on the occasion of those anniversaries (August 15 and October 10.) |
