The message expressed deep sympathy and condolences to the president and, through him, to the bereaved families of the victims. It clarified the consistent stand of the DPRK government to oppose all forms of terrorism and any support to it and vehemently condemned recent terrorism in Egypt.

It said that the DPRK would as always stand firm by the side of the president, the friendly government and people of Egypt in their struggle for opposing terrorism and defending the security and stability of the country and make positive efforts to steadily boost the traditional, friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries.

The message sincerely wished the president and the friendly government and people of Egypt bigger successes in their efforts for achieving the socio-political stability of the country and building developing and prosperous Egypt.
