On the occasion of the 21st anniversary of demise of the great HE Generalissimo Kim Il Sung, I would like to pay highest tribute to him and express firm solidarity with you and the friendly people of the DPRK on behalf of the federal government and people of Nigeria and on my own behalf.

Kim Il Sung, founding father of socialist Korea, was an outstanding leader who performed immortal great feats for the Korean revolution and the global cause of independence.

Availing myself of this opportunity, I hope that the friendly and cooperative relations between our two countries with a long history and tradition would grow stronger in all fields.
