The participants laid bouquets before the statues of the President and leader Kim Jong Il in Wonsan City, Kangwon Province, and paid tribute to them.

The President defeated the U.S. and Japanese imperialists with his brilliant military idea, strategy and tactics in the anti-Japanese revolutionary war and the Fatherland Liberation War and won historic victories, they said, and went on:

A letter to supreme leader Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting.
