The skirmish in 2002 was a premeditated and deliberate military provocation committed by the south Korean puppet military forces according to the U.S. scenario to bring back the inter-Korean relations favorably developing after the publication of the June 15 joint declaration to confrontation and war.

The puppet regime is describing its military provocation as the "one from the north" and the defeated naval battle as the "victorious one", embellishing it as a "proud history", the commentary says, and goes on:

Such confrontation burlesque cannot be construed otherwise than a tragicomedy.

The aim sought by the regime through such burlesque is to calm down the uneasiness of the puppet soldiers still seized with horror of the bitter defeat in the skirmish and divert the mindset of south Koreans on the point of explosion to inter-Korean confrontation in a bid to get rid of the worst ruling crisis.

This clearly proves that "dialogue" and "improved relations" much touted by the puppet regime are sheer lies.
