On display at the venues of the events were photos dealing with the exploits of the President, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Also displayed there were their works, and books and photos introducing Songun Korea.

Dermot Hudson, chairman of the Korean Friendship Association UK, in his report praised the President for founding the Juche idea and making immortal contributions to the Korean revolution and the human cause of independence.

Christer Lundgren, chairman of the Sweden-Korea Friendship Association, said in his speech that the President's whole life would always go down in history.

Martin Lotscher, chairman of the Switzerland-Korea Committee, said that the President is being revered by all people.

He stressed that the President's cause was successfully carried forward by Kim Jong Il and is being given steady continuity by Kim Jong Un.

Messages to Kim Jong Un were adopted at the meetings.
