The Brazilian Committee for Solidarity with the DPRK in an article said the President performed undying exploits on behalf of the times and history, holding aloft the banner of independence. The article noted:

Under his guidance the Korean People's Revolutionary Army defeated Japanese imperialism and liberated the country.

After the liberation he led the Korean people to step up the building of a new country by their own efforts in conformity with its specific conditions.

He also led the Fatherland Liberation War against the aggression by the U.S. imperialists to a victory with his Juche-based strategies and tactics and war methods.

He worked heart and soul to accomplish the global cause of independence all his life.

The Brazilian Center for the Study of the Juche Idea in an article said the tender-hearted image of the President will be cherished by all peoples for all ages.

Kim Jong Il Library and the Juche Youth Group in Ecuador in articles praised the President for performing exploits for the Korean revolution and the human cause of independence.
