The prosecution authorities indicted only officials not belonging to the Park camp Hong Jun Phyo, governor of South Kyongsang Province, and Ri Wan Gu, former "prime minister" who had no excuse for denying his scandal as evidence proving his crimes was brought to light out of 8 corrupt politicians disclosed by Song. They ruled that 6 others including the former and incumbent presidential chiefs of staff who are pro-Park elements and core confidants of the chief executive were freed from any charges.

Commenting on this, DPRK's leading newspapers Saturday say the above-said judgment is a base political fraud to help the present south Korean conservative regime cover up its crimes and tide over its ruling crisis.
