The message said that the two countries have consolidated and developed the bilateral relations on the principle of mutual respect for sovereignty, equality and reciprocity and boosted mutual support and cooperation in the international arena such as UN for the past four decades since the establishment of their diplomatic ties.

It expressed the belief that the good friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger thanks to the joint efforts of the two foreign ministries.

Believing that the cooperation undertakings in various fields would be successfully carried out, the message wished the minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation bigger successes in his work for the development of foreign relations of the country.
