South Korea is the world's worst grave yard of human rights, the white paper said, and went on:

South Korea is now in the fascist dark era surpassing the period of "yusin" dictatorship and the infamous "Security Law" is in force, driving the whole society into extreme uneasiness and horror.

A mediaeval "witch hunt" is sweeping across south Korea.

The south Korean fascist regime is cracking down upon actions of people of various circles for the right to existence by labeling them "illegal" and showering poisonous tear liquid upon bereaved families of the victims of the ferry Sewol disaster and innocent inhabitants for demanding probe into truth of the disaster.

Serious youth unemployment in south Korea created a new-fangled phrase that university graduation leads to unemployment and young people abandon love, marriage, childbirth, dwelling houses and human relations.

Women, children, the disabled and the elderly are forsaken by society.

The right to existence of human being and security of lives are seriously violated in the south where extreme almighty-dollar principle and tendency of neglecting lives are prevalent. The number of people who opt for suicide being gloomy about their life is on the daily increase to reach more than 40 on a daily average, drawing jeer and derision as "kingdom of suicide".

To make matters worse, various kinds of large-scale disasters including the ferry Sewol disaster, roof collapse of the Kyongju Gymnasium in North Kyongsang Province and collision of electric cars in Seoul subway occurred one after another, claiming huge innocent lives.

The white paper disclosed that south Korea is a colony of the U.S. imperialists beset with ceaseless human rights abuses.

To name a few crimes, GIs gang-raped a south Korean woman in broad day and resorted to violence against the protesters and even policeman, beat a taxi driver with a lethal weapon for asking for taxi fare and made a shooting spree at south Koreans in the heart of Seoul. These hideous unethical crimes are taking place every day at the tacit connivance of the puppet forces and under their patronage.

Life security and right to existence of the south Korean people are under constant threat due to the U.S. imperialists' madcap war rehearsals against the DPRK.

The recent disclosure of the U.S. secret introduction of active anthrax germ into the Osan U.S. air force base and germ experiments conducted by it in other U.S. military bases in Kunsan and Phyongthaek sparked off towering resentment at home and abroad.

The white paper denounced the puppet group for its hideous "human rights" racket against the fellow countrymen in the north.

The puppet group is malignantly hurting the dignity and social system in the DPRK and becoming ever more undisguised in its "human rights" racket against the DPRK in a bid to realize its wild ambition for "unification of social systems."

The puppet chief executive is letting loose every day such invectives against the DPRK as "serious human rights issue" and "improvement of quality of life", escalating confrontation with the fellow countrymen in the north.

The puppet group sponsored in south Korea and overseas international meetings, seminars, hearings and photo exhibitions dealing with "human rights performance in the north" and hurled defectors to south Korea into such burlesques as making "testimonies" in a bid to paint a wrong picture of the human rights situation in the DPRK as part of smear campaign against it.

It disconnected south Korean netizens' access to the DPRK websites under such absurd pretext that "they are used as tools for propagating the social system in the north" and forcibly closed the websites introducing the eye-opening reality of the DPRK after labeling them "pro-north sites."

The above-said confrontation racket is stunning all Koreans and the whole world.

No matter how desperately the puppet forces kick up their "human rights" racket against the DPRK, they can never play down the advantages of its social system admired by the world people, the white paper concluded.
