Present there were Ju Yong Il, chairman of the "Old Men" Association for Korean Cultural Tradition in Uzbekistan, its vice-chairman, the editor-in-chief of the paper Thongil, heads of compatriots art troupes and other Koreans there.

The participants placed a floral basket and bunches of flowers before the full-length painting of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il standing together at the embassy before paying tribute to them.

Ju Yong Il said the noble personality of Kim Il Sung as a great man is always remembered by the overseas compatriots. His great idea and immortal exploits will be remembered by overseas compatriots and world progressives forever, Ju added.

The participants watched videos and looked round photos dealing with the revolutionary career of the President.
