It was handed to Army General of the Korean People's Army Pak Yong Sik, minister of the People's Armed Forces, on Saturday by Minister of Defense Sengnouane Sayalat, secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party who is heading the Lao high-ranking military delegation.
