MOU Signed between Ministry of People's Armed Forces of NDC of DPRK and Lao Ministry of Defence

| Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) -- A MOU on cooperation between the Ministry of the People's Armed Forces of the DPRK National Defence Commission (NDC) and the Lao Ministry of Defence was signed here Monday. Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were Army General of the Korean People's Army (KPA) Pak Yong Sik, minister of the People's Armed Forces, and other KPA generals and from the Lao side members of a Lao high-ranking military delegation led by Minister of Defence Sengnouane Sayalat, secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, and Phonekham Inthaboualy, Lao ambassador to the DPRK. Pak Yong Sik and Sengnouane Sayalat inked the MOU. |
