Truth behind Japan's Past Crimes Disclosed

Pyongyang, July 14 (KCNA) -- Yonhap News of south Korea issued an article on July 12 disclosing the past crimes of the Japanese imperialists. The article said: As regards "forced labor by Koreans" which was reflected in the written decision on registering modern industrial facilities as world cultural heritages, Japan overruled it, claiming that "Japan did not admit the forced labor". Against this backdrop, a record was discovered that wire entanglements were set up at a Japanese coal mine in those days to prevent Koreans' escape. This being a hard reality, no sooner had modern industrial facilities including Koreans' forced labor sites been registered as world's cultural heritages than the Japanese government claimed that it did not admit the forced labor. This fully revealed the Japanese authorities' assertion that Japanese imperialists' aggression and colonial domination were legal and cognition of the distorted history. |
