He highly appreciated the success of the 43rd meeting of ambassadors, noting that it offered them a good opportunity of equipping themselves with the foreign policy of the WPK and discussing the methods for implementing it. He congratulated them on their success of the meeting.

He expressed the belief that the participants in the meeting and officials in the field of external affairs would thoroughly implement the foreign policy of the WPK and make positive contributions to creating external circumstances favorable for building a thriving nation and achieving the reunification of the country true to the behests of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.
