Kim Il Sung Remembered in Foreign Countries
Pyongyang, July 15 (KCNA) -- Meetings for remembering President Kim Il Sung took place in Pakistan, Mongolia, Norway and Uganda on July 7 and 8 in commemoration of the 21st anniversary of his demise.

The chairman of the Lahore Organization for the Study of the Juche Idea of Pakistan and other speakers said the President founded the Juche idea and performed undying exploits for the Korean revolution and the cause of human independence.

A member of the Leadership Council of the Mongolia-Korea Friendship Society said the Mongolian people know well about the personality of the President as a great man and his warm love for people and that his image will be deeply cherished in the hearts of the Mongolian people.

The chairman of the Ostfold County Committee of the Communist Party of Norway said that the President is the father of socialist Korea who defeated the U.S. and Japanese imperialists, founded the DPRK, developed it into a socialist power independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in national defence and performed undying feats for the reunification of Korea. He is the great leader who indicated the way to be taken by the world progressives in their struggle for independence, the chairman added.

The chairman of the Ugandan National Executive Committee of the Pan-African Movement noted that the exploits the President performed for the cause of global independence will be handed down through generations.

Messages to supreme leader Kim Jong Un were adopted at the meetings in Pakistan, Mongolia and Norway.
