Mankind praises the President, founder of the DPRK, as the sun, the article said, and went on:

He founded the Juche idea to indicate the way to be followed by mankind, provided a flower garden of love for human being and embraced all people with his great magnanimity.

Upholding the banner of Juche, he liberated Korea from military occupation by the Japanese imperialists and built the first people's democratic state in the East.

He defeated the U.S. imperialists who boasted of being the "strongest" in the world for the first time in history, brought about the beginning of a downhill turn for them and turned the DPRK into a socialist power independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in national defence.

He, possessed of broad magnanimity and noble international obligation, rendered material and moral assistance to the peoples of many countries in their struggle against imperialism and for the building of a new society.

Though he passed away, his idea and cause will be immortal like the sun.
