Alexander Fedosov, deputy prime minister of the Khabarovsk Territory Administration of Russia and chairman of the Russia-Korea Friendship Association of Khabarovsk Territory, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.

The preparatory committee decided to hold a photo exhibition, film show and other political and cultural events praising the exploits of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un on these anniversaries.
