It goes on:

They are more noisily trumpeting about "dialogue" on one hand and more frantically kicking up the "human rights" racket and sanctions row against the DPRK and staging war exercises targeting it in collusion with outsiders on the other hand.

This is a typical example of double-dealing tactics.

The above-said "strategy" is not aimed at dialogue.

They have never considered the DPRK as a dialogue partner but worked hard to slander and do harm to it.

In fact, in the whole course of pursuing "the north Korea policy" they only increased the military pressure on the DPRK.

In the final analysis, their double-dealing tactics are nothing but a cynical ploy to paint their racket for stifling the DPRK kicked up in collusion with outside forces as the one for "dialogue" and further ratchet it up.

Dialogue and confrontation can never go together. Their invariable anti-DPRK confrontation racket keeps the door of inter-Korean dialogue closed tightly.
