It was disclosed that the puppet Intelligence Service purchased a hacking system from overseas and has used it for the purpose of surveillance, the editorial said, and continued:

The hacking system is capable to monitoring not only computer data but its position and dialogue in real time.

It was also disclosed that the Defense Security Command purchased eavesdropping equipment in October, 2010.

The Intelligence Service's claim that the hacking system is aimed to conduct "intelligence warfare against the north" is little short of the U.S. forces' hypocritical talk that their anthrax germ experiments were designed to deter "germ attack of the north".

There can be neither democratization nor future in society where people are subject to strict watch and control by the dictatorial power.
