All polling stations from Onsong County, North Hamgyong Province, the northernmost of Korea, to Kaesong, the city near the military demarcation line, are clad in a festive atmosphere.

Seen at the polling stations are slogans and posters "Let's all take part in elections to cement our revolutionary power!" and "All voters, participate in elections and vote for candidates!" National flags and red flags were seen fluttering there.

Elections kicked off amid the political enthusiasm of all voters.

Voters from all walks of life voted for representatives of the people at polling stations, expressing absolute support for the people's power of the DPRK.

Voters presented dances and sang songs including "Ode to the Motherland" at the polling stations.
