The institute is the scientific research and production base from A to Z.

A spokesman for the Policy Department of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK in a statement strongly condemned the groundless and false sophism of the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces.

It is the height of impudence for the U.S. to find fault with the DPRK as the former introduced anthrax germs into south Korea to impose disaster of nuclear and germ warfare on the Korean nation.

The U.S. moves to stifle the DPRK are bound to go bust.
