N-S Dialogue Can Never Be Political Plaything for S. Korean Regime; CPRK Secretariat
Pyongyang, July 20 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet regime is nowadays zealously calling for "dialogue" and "exchange" with the approach of August 15, day of Korea's liberation.

Some times ago, the speaker of the "National Assembly" of south Korea proposed "talks between speakers of the assemblies of the north and the south", addressing an "event for celebrating the constitution day". And the gentries of the puppet Defense Ministry "invited" the DPRK side to what is called "Seoul security dialogue", a confab for escalating confrontation with it.

In this regard the Secretariat of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea (CPRK) issued its information bulletin No. 1099 on Sunday.

Even at this time when the Park Geun Hye regime trumpets about "dialogue", human scum in south Korea continue scattering anti-DPRK leaflets under the wire-pulling of the U.S. and the puppet authorities and the military gangsters are resorting to such saber-rattling against the DPRK as "joint logistic support maneuver" with the U.S. allegedly to cope with someone's "provocation", the bulletin pointed out, saying:

Worse still, the puppet group is getting hell-bent on the anti-DPRK smear campaign while spreading such nonsensical sophism as "instable social system" and "terror-ridden politics".

For the puppet regime to call for "dialogue" without making a fundamental switchover in its policy of hostility toward the DPRK is a mockery of its dialogue partner and an act of deceiving the public opinion at home and abroad. Such crude wordplay will only invite ridicule and criticism.

If "talks between speakers of the assemblies of the north and the south", touted by the puppet group, are to take place, the south Korean puppet National Assembly should have decency to settle the national issue independently.

The south Korean puppet authorities are chief culprits who derailed the north-south dialogue through mud-slinging at compatriots in the north and confrontation and war moves against it, turning down every chance for improved north-south relations. Though they are loudly talking about "dialogue" in a bid to conceal their sinister intention, nobody will pay heed to it.

The north-south dialogue can never be a political plaything for the despicable south Korean puppet group.
