Rodong Sinmun Monday says in an article in this regard:

With no rhetoric for "dialogue" can the puppet group conceal its ugly colors as it is seeking only confrontation and war, not dialogue and improved relations, and getting hell-bent on the moves for stifling the DPRK together with foreign forces.

The puppet authorities have never responded to the sincere efforts of the DPRK.

As a crow cannot be whiter for often washing, the puppet forces obsessed with the confrontation against the DPRK remain unchanged in their treacherous nature, no matter how frequently they advertise about "dialogue". A mask of hypocrisy and deception has already been taken off. No one will be taken in by "dialogue" touted by the confrontation maniacs seized with the ambition to do harm to fellow countrymen in the north.

The puppet authorities should not trumpet about "dialogue" but apologize to the entire nation for chilling the atmosphere of north-south dialogue and driving tension into an extreme phase through reckless provocations against the DPRK and give up the criminal confrontation policy at once.

With no rhetoric can the puppet group evade the responsibility for the derailed inter-Korean relations.
