They scattered more than three thousand leaflets from atop buildings around the "National Assembly" building reflecting curse and resentment at the present puppet ruling forces who turned the whole area of south Korea into a veritable hell under the reign of fascist dictatorship in violation of the "constitution."

The leaflets contained a statement titled "We mourn the end of the constitutional government".

The statement said that the constitutional government met its end and illegal acts are rampant in south Korea, adding that all people are obliged to fulfill duties while those in power only are guaranteed rights.
