Japan's Double-Dealing Attitude toward Liquidation of Past Crimes Revealed
Pyongyang, July 21 (KCNA) -- Japan's war criminal enterprise Mitsubishi made an official apology to the U.S. for forcing U.S. POWs to work at coal mines, factories, etc. in Japan during World War II, according to KBS of south Korea.

Victims and their bereaved families and members of civic and public organizations of south Korea have staged actions against the Japanese government and enterprises in demand of their apology and reparation for unethical atrocities.

But the Japanese government and enterprises are shamelessly asserting that the "claims including forcible labor conscription had already been settled by the south Korea-Japan agreement" in a bid to create the impression that the issue of the Korean victims of forcible labor conscription was completely and finally settled.

Japan is still denying the legal responsibility for its past crimes and refusing to make any official apology and reparation for them, keen on reviving militarism to carry out its ambition for reinvasion.
