The organizations said that the Intelligence Service is claiming that the eavesdropping hacking program is "targeted on the north" and it purchased the program for the "purpose of research development", but this is no more than an artifice to deceive the people.

The IS has used a program capable of monitoring everything including the private life of people any time as it pleases, the organizations said, adding:

The IS and the present chief executive should properly understand the gravity of the situation and take measures including hearing and special inspection for thoroughly probing the truth.

The organizations demanded the authorities dismantle the IS which committed such illegal acts as interference in election, fabrication of spying cases and surveillance over civilians.
