Anniversary of Korea's Liberation to Be Celebrated in Russia

| Pyongyang, July 23 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for celebrating the 70th anniversary of Korea's liberation was formed by "Jongilbong" Russia-Korea Friendship Association of Ulyanovsk Region on July 17. Aleksandr Kruglikov, chairman of the association, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to significantly hold political and cultural events to praise the revolutionary careers and exploits of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il from July 17 to August 17. |
