S. Korean Organization Declares Signature Campaign for Keeping Jongyojo

Pyongyang, July 23 (KCNA) -- The Jeju Regional Joint Measure Committee for Checking Suppression of Jongyojo held a press conference in front of the Jeju Provincial Education Agency on July 20 and declared the start of the signature campaign to keep Jongyojo, according to south Korean Yonhap News.

In the conference the organization said suppression of Jongyojo revealed before the world that south Korea is an undemocratic society where workers are cracked down as the suppression is a typical one violating democracy.

It stressed that it would wage a signature campaign demanding a stop to the suppression of Jongyojo.
