Earlier, those of the puppet Ministry of Unification paid lip-service to "respect" for the north-south agreements and "dialogue without precondition" and staged the wordplay that once dialogue is opened, it is possible to discuss various issues.

Rodong Sinmun Friday observes in an article in this regard:

Such base behavior of the south Korean authorities is aimed at laying the blame for the failure to open dialogue at the door of the north in a bid to divert elsewhere the public criticism of them for the catastrophe of north-south relations and justifying their confrontation policy.

Recalling that the south Korean authorities are frantic with the smear campaign and saber-rattling for a war against the north as a shock brigade for implementing the U.S. hostile policy toward it and strategy for invading it, the article notes: It is, therefore, the height of shamelessness for them to trumpet about "dialogue" and "mending of relations."

It is quite self-evident that those wicked traitors can never be a partner of dialogue for discussing the issue of inter-Korean relations and the destiny of the nation as they unhesitatingly sell off the fate and interests of the nation, depending on outside forces.

What they seek is cooperation with outsiders and confrontation with the fellow countrymen in the north. Their preoccupation is to achieve "unification of social systems" designed to bring down the dignified social system in the DPRK with the backing of the U.S. These servants act according to the scenario for inter-Korean confrontation written by their master, kowtowing to outside forces to defame the nation without an iota of independent consciousness. Such disgusting guys have neither qualifications nor face to talk about "dialogue" before the DPRK.
