Recalling that Park Geun Hye cried out for pushing forward the restructuring of four fields as key tasks of the state administration in the latter half of the year on July 21, the editorial continued:

The regime plans reforming the fields of public service, labor, education and finance.

But a scrutiny into it proves that it is little short of act of putting on airs.

Park did not mention at all the fact that the "government's" biased budget expenditure is the real cause of increasing debts.
