Thorough Investigation into U.S. Experiment of Anthrax Germ Called for in S. Korea

Pyongyang, July 25 (KCNA) -- The south Korean People's Investigation Group into Anthrax Germ held a press conference on July 21 urging the regime to make investigation into the U.S. forces' experiment of anthrax germ at the Ryongsan U.S. military base as soon as possible, according to the south Korean internet newspaper Jaju Sibo.

The organization referred to the fact that there is a biochemical warfare laboratory in the 121st evacuation hospital under the 65th medical brigade of the U.S. military base in Ryongsan, Seoul.

It held that various germ warfare experiments including anthrax germ were made in U.S. military bases in Osan, Ryongsan, Phyongthaek and Kunsan, according to the "Jupiter plan", a biochemical warfare scenario.

This being a stark fact, the Seoul City authorities made no protest against the U.S. forces side and did not clarify any plan for investigation, the organization noted.

It called for making a positive investigation into the experiment of the anthrax germ in Ryongsan U.S. military base.
