The editorial said the Pentagon issued a report on investigation into the truth about the introduction of anthrax germ on July 23 but the contents were too poor and the attitude of the U.S. administration was irresponsible.

The U.S. introduction of anthrax germ and experiments are in violation of the treaty banning bio-chemical weapons and it is the war crime, the editorial said, adding that the U.S. forces' anthrax germ plan should be cancelled at once.
