At the old home of the President in Mangyongdae, the guests looked round historic relics preserved there, being briefed on the revolutionary history of the President and the patriotic life of his family members.

At the end of the visit Song said:

Whenever I visit the old home of the President in Mangyongdae, I keenly feel the undying exploits he performed by liberating the country and dedicating himself to it and its people all his life.

Visiting the homeland this year that marks the 60th anniversary of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon), we more ardently yearn for the President and leader Kim Jong Il who formed Chongryon and guided its work step by step.

We will discharge our responsibility and duty in the drive to usher in a new heyday of Chongryon, true to the intention of Marshal Kim Jong Un.
