The bulletin carried articles titled "Korea's liberation, turning point of history", "Event to be specially recorded in Korean nation's history" and "Testimony of history."

The bulletin in its preface said:

August 15 this year is the significant day marking the 70th anniversary when President Kim Il Sung led the 15-year-long anti-Japanese armed struggle to victory and liberated Korea from the Japanese imperialists' colonial rule.

This anniversary is a meaningful occasion for the Korean people and world progressives to look back on such emotional events as liberation and victory.

The preface expressed once again full support and solidarity with the Korean people in their efforts for the reunification of the country.
