The article said that "UN Command" in south Korea is illegal in the light of the circumstances of its formation. It went on:

The U.S. provoked an overall invasion against the DPRK by inciting south Korea on June 25, 1950 and held UNSC to fabricate a "resolution" which branded the DPRK as "aggressor".

Americans themselves acknowledged the illegality of the "UN Command".

UN has also denied its relations with the "UN Command".

On July 27, 2004 and March 3, 2006, spokespersons of UN confirmed that "UN Command" is not the army of UN but the army led by the U.S.

Furthermore, two resolutions on dissolving "UN Command" were adopted at the 30th UN General Assembly in November 1975.

The U.S. has been insisting the U.S. forces in south Korea are UN Forces.

UN should never tolerate its noble name being abused.

The illegal "UN Command" must be dissolved immediately.
