They included a delegation of Koreans in Japan led by Ri Tong Je, chairman of the Association of Koreans in Japan for Peaceful Reunification, a delegation of the International United Confederation of Koreans led by First Vice-Chairman Kim Chil Song, a delegation of the Federation of Koreans in Canada headed by Chairman Kim Su Hae, a delegation of the Joint Secretariat of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification led by Rim Min Sik, chairman of the Overseas Headquarters of the alliance, and a delegation of the Confederation of South Koreans in Japan for Democracy and Reunification led by Chairman Son Hyong Gun.
