Present there from the DPRK side were members of the delegation and from the opposite side the roving ambassador and the permanent secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

The talks discussed issues of developing bilateral relations.

The minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Brunei gave a reception in honor of the DPRK government delegation on the same day.

During the visit the DPRK government delegation paid a courtesy call on Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah Ibni, senior minister at the prime minister's office who is the successor to the sultan of Brunei Darussalam.
